This is the only food other than crickets our Bearded Dragon will eat since she's gotten older (she's 10 years old) and believe me, I think I've tried them all. If I don't use it more than every other feeding, she keeps eating it and so I know she's getting the nutrients she won't get from a diet of crickets alone.
