Slide-out floor pans lock if you wish to use them without the floor grill
Spacious ferret cages are available in two styles - 2-story or single-level - to meet your ferret's needs. Feisty Ferret Cage is a spacious two-story ferret cage made of sturdy black vein wrought iron - it will give you years of durable use. The two levels can be closed off for pet separation. Each level has its own large, locking front door for easy pet access and maintenance. The single-level, cocoa brown powder-coated Frisky Ferret Cage comfortably houses one ferret. Large locking front and rooftop doors let you easily access your pet. Both cages feature a slide-out plastic floor pan that locks into place if you wish to use it without the 1/2" spaced floor grill. Convenient storage shelf under cage holds all your ferret accessories. Cages wipe down easily - simply use a damp cloth to clean the bars and pan. 7/8" bar spacing on cage; 1/2" bar spacing on floor grate. Assembly required.

I have this cage for my 3 fuzzies. They love it. They run up & down the ramps, lay on the shelves; sleeping on them also. This is a good size cage for their toys food & water bottle.
The Feisty Ferret cage is fantastic! It has enough room to house multiple ferrets, but isn't too big for just one, and the sleek design blends in with virtually any decor, so you can put it wherever you want! The storage shelf at the bottom is very handy for storing excess bedding and toys, and the cage latches lock in place, so if you have an escape artist on your hands, this cage is for you. Our ferret just LOVES her new cage!
I really love this cage. There were a few drawbacks on assembly. One side of the cage, the nut didn't fit. I also had a hard time with one of the sides not fitting into the holes and had to hammer the end to widen it. But after I got it assembled ( I'm a 50 yr old female), I added my 2 superpet dishes that fit perfectly in the holes on the shelves. Now my ferret cannot dump her food/water bowls! I covered the wire bottom of the 2nd level with fleece. The ramps are great because they are solid. I fit 2 litter boxes (one on each level), hammocks, round beds, etc and there is plenty of room for Slinky to move around and play. She took to the ramps after a few days easily, scampering up and down. I like the big doors. If you get past the assembly, it is a great cage for the price ($149.00).
Part of responsible ferret ownership is cleaning your ferret's cage. Because your ferret's cage is a relatively small living area, it's very important to make sure that any mess is cleaned up promptly.
Ferret's crave activity. In fact, the overall health of your curious and highly intelligent ferret depends on the exercise and mental stimulation she receives each day.
