Headwaters, Inc. is a not-for-profit community based work/rehabilitation center located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, which began in 1969. They provide services to people with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, chronically mentally ill, and people who are economically disadvantaged, and children with special needs in Forest, Oneida, and Vilas Counties. Their adult training program consists of community integration, vocational evaluations, sheltered work, case management, transportation, and community employment. They provide services to over 400 individuals yearly.
