The upper level of this hutch features a built-in nest box that offers privacy and sleeping comfort, locking hatch door and removable tray/slide-out floor makes maintenance quick and easy. Sturdy rabbit house is made of durable real Fir wood and features a waterproof, nontoxic finish. Heart-shaped door locks add a touch of whimsy and security for your bunny. Step 1: Set up side and front panels. Attach panels using eight 2" screws.
Step 2: Set up back panel. Attach back panel using six 2" screws.
Step 3: Insert ladder, middle floor and brace. Attach ladder using two 1/2" screws.
Step 4: Insert the partition.
Step 5: Secure the roof panels and ridge cap, attach hinges using four 1-1/4" screws.
Step 6: Attach latch onto eyehook. Slide drawer in as shown.
Cleaning Instructions
To maintain a healthy environment for both you and your pet, the entire cage and accessories should be thoroughly cleaned and the bedding changed once per week. Cage wires and cage accessories can be washed with warm water and a mild soap. Thoroughly rinse each washed item, however, to ensure all soap residue is removed. Then let the product air dry before returning it to your pet's environment.
While cleaning your pet's cage and cage accessories, provide a safe, comfortable location in which your pet can exercise, explore, and play. To safely confine your pet, while also allowing him to get the essential exercise he needs, we recommend an Exercise Pen (item #25463 or #28419) for Small Animals.
Best pet husbandry includes the daily removal and replacement of heavily soiled bedding and litter, as well as the washing and replenishing of both your pet's food and water dishes.

I bought this cage recently for 2 baby bunnies. I highly recommend this cage as it is very big and also has an appealing appearance. My bunnies love it!! When I received it in the mail, there was a minor crack in the drawer, but I called Customer Service and they shipped me just a new drawer without me having to send back this whole cage and I got it within 7 days. The cage and the Customer Service is great!!
We have two good size bunnies living in this hutch and it's PERFECT! They spend most of the day downstairs and if they feel the need to hide, they head up the ramp. I clean the hutch with a rake and a hose by myself and it's pretty easy! The only down side is that the bottom is open to the ground so my bunnies could easily dig their way out, but we put it on a cement slab and it works out very well.
